Strategic Technology Partner · Yerevan, Armenia

From the cable to Kubernetes.
One accountable partner.

Most IT problems worth money do not happen inside a system. They happen in the seam between the contractor who ran the cable, the vendor who sold the switch, and the team who has to run the platform. STP covers the whole span, so there is no seam to fall into.

We promise toReduce operational cost, mitigate risk, and minimise downtime.

The value we create

Technology is only worth what it does for the business behind it.

  • Enhanced business productivity

Streamlined IT operations, automation and proactive support: so your people spend their time on the business rather than on waiting for IT.

  • Effective risk mitigation

Proactive security measures that protect sensitive information, business continuity and reputation, with the evidence to prove it to an auditor.

  • Futureproof technology

Architecture chosen so it can still be changed later. Cloud-agnostic by default, documented throughout, and never dependent on one person.

What we actually cover

Six layers, one contract, one phone number.

The Armenian market splits cleanly in two. Cabling firms own the building and stop at the patch panel. Software firms start at the pipeline and never touch a wall. If your project needs both, you normally hire three vendors and own every integration seam yourself.

Layer coverage by type of supplier

Typical coverage for a single-discipline supplier. The expensive failures happen where the coverage does not meet.

  1. 01

    Physical

    Cabling contractors stop here

The building itself: cabling, fibre, low-voltage, power and cooling. Everything above this layer inherits its faults.

  2. 02

    Network

Moving packets predictably: campus and data centre fabric, traffic design, segmentation.

  3. 03

    Platform

Where workloads actually live: private cloud on your own equipment, hybrid, multicloud, Kubernetes.

  4. 04

    Operate

Keeping it running: monitoring, help desk, patching, backup, tested disaster recovery.

  5. 05

    Engineer

    Software houses start here

Helping your developers ship: platform engineering, IaC, CI/CD, and security built into the pipeline.

  6. 06

    Assure

Proving it to an auditor: infrastructure evidence, compliance readiness, recurring resilience tests.

What we work in

The tools the work is built with.

Standards and platforms, grouped by the layer they belong to. This is what the team works in, not a list of partners.

Why we are called what we are called

Three words, three commitments. Not decoration.

StrategicWe plan past the ticket.
Decisions are made against where your business is going, not just what broke this morning. Every design we hand over says why it looks the way it does.
TechnologyDepth across every layer.
Cabling installers, network architects, platform engineers and penetration testers in one company. Career progression here is tied directly to certification, so the depth keeps increasing.
PartnerYour outcome, not our invoice.
In STP’s own words: our aim extends beyond providing services for monetary exchange. A partner tells you when you do not need something.

Who we work for

Regulated, audited, and unable to afford downtime.

STP's portfolio is concentrated in sectors where infrastructure failure has a regulator attached to it. That shapes how we work: documentation as a deliverable, evidence as a by-product, and disaster recovery that is tested rather than filed.

How we operate

Four things we have done the same way since 2018.

  • 01

    Documented, with no single-person dependency

Every procedure is written down and coordinated. No part of your estate lives only in one engineer’s head: ours or yours. This is deliberate, and it is the difference between a supplier and a risk.

  • 02

    Certification-linked progression

Career growth at STP depends on the number and type of certifications held. The incentive structure is pointed at competence, which is why the depth is real rather than claimed.

  • 03

    Best tool for the problem

We select instruments and technologies per problem, with a bias toward what is genuinely better rather than what we already resell. The same principle governs what we use internally and what we recommend to you.

  • 04

Client data handled to ISO 27001 practice

Your environment documentation is held in line with ISO/IEC 27001 practice. STP is not itself certified and will never claim to be: we implement and audit so that our clients can be.

Our own work

Anyone can claim quality. This is what ours looks like.

Cable management is the honest test of an infrastructure contractor, because it is the part nobody can fake and everybody can see.

Common questions

What does STP stand for?
STP stands for Strategic Technology Partner. STP LLC is an IT solution provider based in Yerevan, Armenia, founded on 1 September 2018 through the merger of two IT services companies that each had more than ten years of experience.
What services does STP provide?
STP delivers IT infrastructure across six layers: physical (structured cabling, low-voltage, surveillance, IP telephony, data centre build), network (campus and data centre fabric, application-centric infrastructure, Network-as-a-Service), platform (sovereign private cloud, hybrid and multicloud, Kubernetes), operations (managed IT, help desk, workplace platforms, disaster recovery), engineering (DevOps, secure SDLC and Secure AI-DLC) and assurance (IT audit and compliance enablement for ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOC 3 and HIPAA).
Where is STP located?
STP is at Komitas Avenue 59, Building 4, 5th floor, area 18, 0014 Yerevan, Armenia. The phone number is +374 1244 0000 and the email address is website@stp.am.
Is STP ISO 27001 certified?
No. STP does not hold ISO/IEC 27001 certification. STP implements, audits and documents infrastructure so that its clients can achieve and maintain ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOC 3 and HIPAA compliance, and its own internal practice is aligned with ISO 27001.
How quickly does STP respond to a support request?
A live engineer calls back within one hour of your call, and a person answers the phone rather than an automated queue. Severity-based acknowledgement and resolution targets are agreed in each client’s service schedule.

Tell us what is breaking, or what you are building.

A live engineer calls you back within an hour. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
