Since 1 September 2018

An IT company that also knows how buildings work.

STP LLC was formed by merging two IT services companies, each with more than a decade behind it. That merger is the reason the company can do something unusual: employ the people who pull cable and the people who run Kubernetes, and hold both to the same standard.

An IT company that also knows how buildings work.

STP is an exclusively IT service provider. We support customers at every stage, whether that is a business setting up its first office network or an organisation with complex existing infrastructure that needs to be understood, documented and modernised. Services are delivered complete and turnkey rather than handed over half-finished.

Our vision is to be the partner Armenian organisations turn to for infrastructure they can depend on and evidence. Our mission is more ordinary: help companies grow by giving them technology that works and service that does not need chasing.

What makes it work is the range of the team, the flexibility to respond, and a deliberate focus on strategic rather than reactive support. Technology environments are complex and change quickly, so we have built services designed to absorb that complexity instead of passing it back to you.

What our people actually are

The staff list is the proof that the span is real rather than marketing. These are the disciplines STP employs directly:

  • Infrastructure, system and network administrators
  • IT designers and architects
  • Automation specialists
  • Penetration testers
  • Structured cabling system installers
  • Remote support specialists
  • Maintainers

Career progression here is tied to certification. Advancement at STP depends on the number and type of certifications an engineer holds. We hire people who have not stopped learning, because the alternative is a team whose knowledge quietly expires.

Service lines

One company, several specialised practices.

Each line has its own team and its own standards, but they sit under one contract and one point of accountability, which is the whole argument for using us rather than three suppliers.

  • STP SCS
  • STP DevOps
  • STP Electro
  • STP Cloud
  • STP Workplace
  • STP Admins

How we got here

Company history

  1. Before 2018

Two separate IT services companies, each with more than ten years of experience, operating in the Armenian market.

  2. August 2018

The two companies merge to form STP LLC, combining infrastructure delivery with support and automation capability.

  3. 1 September 2018

STP signs a contract with its first customer: the date the company counts as its beginning.

  4. 2020

Team reaches 12 staff. The catalogue is formalised into subscription services and project-based installation services.

  5. 2024

Positioning sharpened around three outcomes: business productivity, risk mitigation, and futureproof technology.

  6. 2026

Scope now spans structured cabling through to sovereign private cloud, Kubernetes platform engineering, Secure AI-DLC and compliance enablement.

The standard we hold

An uncomfortable motto we have kept anyway.

“All our competitors should envy the quality of our work, but no one should be able to do the same.”

STP's stated service-delivery principle, published since 2018

It is a blunt thing to write down. We keep it because it sets a testable bar: if the work would not stand up to inspection by a competitor, it is not finished. It is also why we photograph and document installations: you cannot make that claim about work nobody can see.

Questions

When was STP founded?
STP LLC counts 1 September 2018 as its founding date: the day it signed a contract with its first customer. The company itself was formed one month earlier through the merger of two IT services companies, each with more than ten years of experience.
How big is STP?
STP had 12 employees as of 2020 and has continued to add capability since. The team deliberately spans several disciplines: cabling installers, network and infrastructure architects, automation specialists and penetration testers: rather than specialising in a single layer.
What kind of companies does STP work with?
Organisations where infrastructure failure carries regulatory or financial consequence: banks, universal credit organisations and other financial institutions, media holdings, manufacturers, healthcare and hospitality providers, international e-commerce businesses and licensed betting operators.
