Conference-Room-as-a-Service (CRaaS) is a subscription in which STP specifies, owns, installs, monitors, supports and eventually refreshes the equipment in your meeting rooms for a fixed monthly fee per room, so every room works when the meeting starts, without a capital purchase or a refresh cycle to manage.
A meeting room that fails at 09:00 costs more than the equipment in it, and most room failures are integration failures: a cable of the wrong length, a firmware update nobody scheduled, a display that negotiates the wrong resolution, and nobody owning the room after handover.
Conference-Room-as-a-Service makes STP that owner. We design each room as a system (display, camera, microphones, acoustics and room control), build it on Logitech or Cisco equipment for Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, and commission it against a documented checklist. From then on the room is monitored, supported and refreshed by us.
The monthly fee per room replaces a capital purchase and a refresh you would otherwise have to plan for. Rooms are built to one standard, so a room in a branch behaves like a room at head office, and adding a room changes the subscription rather than starting a new procurement.

Questions
What is Conference-Room-as-a-Service?
A subscription in which STP specifies, owns, installs, monitors, supports and eventually refreshes the meeting room equipment for a fixed monthly fee per room. You get working rooms without a capital purchase or a refresh cycle to manage.
Which meeting platforms do the rooms support?
Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, on Logitech or Cisco room equipment. The room is built for the platform your organisation already uses, so it joins a call the same way everyone else does.
Who owns the equipment?
STP does, for the life of the subscription. That is what lets us monitor, replace and refresh it without a purchase on your side. In most cases the equipment returns to STP at the end of the contract.
What service levels do you commit to?
They are agreed per client rather than fixed in a catalogue. Response times, coverage hours and reporting are tuned to what your systems and obligations require, and written into the subscription.
