Structured Cabling Systems
STP designs and installs structured cabling systems (copper and fibre optic) as a turnkey scope in Armenia, with certified testing, full labelling and as-built documentation, backed by a 25-year warranty on materials and installation.

Structured Cabling Systems
A structured cabling system is the one part of your IT estate you will not replace for fifteen to twenty years. Every switch, access point, camera and phone you buy in that period inherits whatever was done in the walls. This is why we treat cabling as a precision discipline rather than a trade job.
We select the medium against your actual topology, protocols and growth horizon rather than defaulting to a single product line: twisted pair where it is right, fibre where it is right, and an honest explanation of the cost and lifespan trade-off between them.
Every installation is tested, labelled and handed over with documentation you can give to a different contractor in ten years and still understand. We also certify and correct systems installed by other companies, which is often how new clients first meet us.
What is included
- Site survey, pathway design and cable route planning
- Cat6 / Cat6A twisted pair installation
- Single-mode and multi-mode fibre optic installation and splicing
- Cable tray, conduit, containment and riser installation
- Rack and cabinet build, patch panel termination
- Certified link and channel testing, with results supplied per port
- Consistent labelling scheme applied to both ends of every run
- As-built documentation: port maps, floor plans, cable schedules
- Out-of-hours and weekend installation where operations require it
- Certification and remediation of existing third-party installations
- 25-year warranty on materials and installation
What you get out of it
- A physical layer that outlasts three generations of switching
- Faults isolated in minutes because every run is labelled and mapped
- Documentation that survives staff turnover on both sides

Questions
- What warranty do you provide on structured cabling?
- A 25-year warranty covering both materials and installation workmanship.
- Should I choose Cat6A or fibre for a new office?
- For horizontal runs to desks and access points, Cat6A is normally the right choice. It carries 10 Gbps to 100 m and supports Power over Ethernet, which fibre cannot. Use fibre for backbone links between floors or buildings, for runs beyond 100 m, and where electrical isolation matters. Most offices need both, and the design question is where the boundary sits.
- Can you certify cabling that another company installed?
- Yes. We test the existing installation, document what passes and what fails against TIA/EIA-568 parameters, and quote remediation separately so you can see exactly what you inherited before committing to fix it.
