The team

The people behind the one phone number.

This site claims that one company is accountable from the cable to Kubernetes. That claim is only worth something if both ends of it are the same payroll. These are the people it rests on.

Structured cabling and low voltage

The physical layer: power, copper, fibre, containment and the systems that everything above them inherits. It covers both senses of low voltage, which are routinely confused: electrical distribution under 1000 V, and the surveillance and alarm systems that run on it. This is the part of a building nobody opens again for fifteen years, which is why it is designed, installed, tested, labelled and documented rather than simply pulled.

    Arkadiy

    Structured Cabling Team Lead

Runs the team that installs structured cabling systems in Armenia: copper and fibre, containment, racks and patch panels. The deliverable is not the cable. It is the certified per-port test results and the as-built documentation that let a different contractor pick the system up in ten years and still understand it.

    Vache

    Senior Low Voltage Specialist

Designs and installs low-voltage electrical distribution: the power lines under 1000 V that feed office buildings and data centre rooms. Also covers the systems that watch the building, from IP video surveillance and CCTV to access control and intrusion alarms. Power and data are planned together here rather than by two contractors who never meet, which is the whole argument for buying them from one.

    Artyom

    Cabling and Low Voltage Engineer

Pulls and terminates power, copper and fibre, builds racks and patch panels, and labels both ends of every run to one consistent scheme. The labelling is not housekeeping. It is the difference between a fault isolated in minutes and an afternoon spent tracing a circuit by hand.

    Mher

    Cabling and Low Voltage Engineer

Installs cable tray, conduit, risers and the pathways every other system is drawn through, keeping power and data runs properly separated along the way. Routes are decided once: a containment decision made carelessly on day one is expensive to revisit after the ceiling is closed and the floor is occupied.

    Albert

    Cabling and Low Voltage Engineer

Installs and commissions cameras, access control readers and controllers, and alarm devices, along with the power and cabling behind them. All of it lands on the same documented infrastructure as the data network, which is the entire reason one contractor is doing both.

    Arthur

    Cabling and Low Voltage Engineer

Tests and certifies finished links against the parameters in ANSI/TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801, and hands over the full exported result set per port. A signed sheet saying everything passed is not a test result; it is an assertion about one.

Managed IT and support

The side of the company that answers when something is already broken: managed IT services and IT outsourcing, system and network administration, Microsoft 365, backup, and the help desk that sits in front of all of it.

  • Pencil portrait of Levon in a hard hat

    Levon

    Managed IT Services Team Lead

Leads managed IT services and IT outsourcing: monitoring and reporting, system and network administration, Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform administration, backup, VPN and remote access, and the employee onboarding and offboarding nobody notices until it is done badly. Outsourced IT works when somebody owns the whole estate rather than the ticket in front of them.

    Habet

Customer Support Engineer and Customer Happiness Manager

The person who answers. Takes the call or the ticket, works the problem, and stays on it until whoever reported it agrees it is finished, which is a stricter test than the ticket being closed. The second half of the job title is the half most companies leave out.

Talk to them, not to an account manager.
